Re: Schedule Conflict Trip Drop into Open Time
Dear Tommie:
This is to confirm our agreement regarding Schedule Conflict Trip Drop into Open Time. As a result of our recent discussions related to staffing issues during holiday periods, the Company has agreed to increase the Automatic Removals from forty-eight (48) hours to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the beginning of the contractual month. This change will apply to the Automatic Removals detailed in Article 9.I.3., and Appendix I, Article 9.I.3. of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
It is understood that the provisions of the AA/APFA Collective Bargaining Agreement, except as specifically modified or excepted by this letter, shall apply in all respects. This agreement will become effective for Schedule Conflict Trip Drops in July 2005, on a 7-month trial basis and may be modified during the test by either party or extended by mutual agreement thereafter.
Sincerely,
Taylor M. Vaughn
