Reserve Relief
APFA will be meeting with the company next Friday, May 17th to address once again the piecemeal implementation of Reserve (example: AM/PM) and other Reserve enhancements that have yet to be resolved. One of APFA’s focuses will be the lack of transparency when selecting/assigning Reserves to the opposite division. APFA has heard from several FAs and the extraordinary frustration when dealing with the current Reserve process. APFA will make clear to the company that our members must realize the agreed-to relief as provided in the LBFO for Reserves.
