Being injured at work can bean overwhelming experience. Aside from the pain that you are dealing with, you are suddenly faced with unfamiliar terminologies, state laws and areas of the JCBA you didn’t think you’d ever need. The IOD department has put together an IOD packet for LAA and LUS Flight Attendants to assist you from the onset of your IOD. It is important that Flight Attendants possess the knowledge to help you understand the process of your claim.
