May Pay Closed Out
The company should be finished closing out LAA pay for May 2015. Please review your final May schedule carefully. If you see any pay discrepancies, submit a HISEND message to Pay Comp Form #14.

Duty Free
AA announced today that Duty Free Sales on board LUS flights will discontinue on Friday, June 19th. Eastbound flights to Europe and the Middle East on Thursday the 18th, and the return westbound flights on Friday the 19th will be the last flights to offer Duty Free.

Flex Spending Account (FSA) Deadline For 2014 Plan Year is June 15, 2015
All FSA claim forms for the 2014 year (Jan 1, 2014 – March 15, 2015) must be submitted no later than Monday, June 15, 2015. Visit YSA at my.aa.com – Benefits Service Center. If you have any questions, contact YSA at (888)860-6178

Jumpseat Assignment Ballot – [email protected]
APFA would like to remind all Flight Attendants that the Jumpseat Assignment Ballot was sent to your mailing address on file with APFA on May 26, 2015. Flight Attendants should have received two separate envelopes. One envelope contains your ballot and Voting Instructions. The second envelope contains Q&As related to the three options from which Flight Attendants have to choose.
If you have not received your ballot, please contact the National Ballot Committee (NBC) at [email protected] or (817) 540-0108, Ext. 8311. The NBC will give you a new 16-digit activation code over the phone. The NBC cannot text or email your activation code and can not resend your ballot. The National Ballot Committee will be working 7 days a week to assist Flight Attendants with their balloting needs.
You may cast your vote online at https://www.BallotPoint.com/APFA or call (800) 698-3789. All votes must be cast by 10:00 AM Central Time, June 25, 2015. You may vote as many times as you wish, however, only your last vote will count.
A sample ballot, voting instructions and related Q&As have been posted on the APFA website at www.www.apfa.org.
As a reminder, you must be a member in good standing by 5:00 PM Central Time on June 22, 2015, in order for your vote to count.
