APFA would like to remind all Flight Attendants that the Jumpseat Assignment Ballot concludes at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on June 25, 2015.
 
If you have not received your ballot, please contact the National Ballot Committee (NBC) at [email protected] or (817) 540-0108, Ext. 8311. The NBC will give you a new 16-digit activation code over the phone. The NBC cannot text or email your activation code and cannot resend your ballot. The National Ballot Committee is standing by prepared to assist Flight Attendants with their balloting needs.

You may cast your vote online at https://www.BallotPoint.com/APFA or call (800) 698-3789. Again – all votes must be cast by 10:00 AM Central Time, June 25, 2015. You may vote as many times as you wish, however, only your last vote will count.
 
A sample ballot, voting instructions and related Q&As have been posted on the APFA website at www.www.apfa.org.
 
As a reminder, you must be a member in good standing by 5:00 PM Central Time on June 22, 2015, in order for your vote to count.
