7.31.15 – (LAA/LUS) – Upcoming Constitutional Amendment and Dues Forgiveness Ballot

The APFA is gearing up to send out a ballot to all Flight Attendants dealing with a Constitutional Amendment and Dues Forgiveness. To be eligible to have your vote count, you must be dues current.

Per the APFA Constitution, Article IV, Section 3.C. “Members returning from an unpaid leave status may set up a payment plan to satisfy their obligation for back dues, initiation fee(s) and or assessments.”  Also, Article IV, Section 3.C. (1), “All note(s) must be executed at least thirty (30) days prior to the balloting date…”
