A few weeks ago, the Company announced its intent to implement the elimination of the Weight and Balance language protecting the jumpseat for LUS Flight Attendants on October 17, 2015, rather than upon full Flight Attendant Operational Integration in 2017. I have sent a letter to Paul Jones, Senior Vice-President and General Counsel, demanding that the Company cease and desist from this unlawful change, and instead stand by its repeated commitment to you. This letter expressed our unwavering commitment to fight for your rights. We will not allow the Company to break promises or agreements. We will keep you posted as this progresses.
