Upcoming Base Vice President Elections for LAX, RDU and STL – LAA

The APFA National Ballot Committee (NBC) would like to inform all Flight Attendants based at LAX, RDU and STL about the upcoming Base Vice President Elections.
 
A Willingness-to-Serve (WTS) form will be posted on the APFA website on Monday, April 25, 2016. The APFA Constitution Article VI, Section 1 provides that any active member in good standing may self-nominate or nominate another active member in good standing. The WTS form must be completed and mailed to the PO Box on the form, and must be received by the due date of 10:00am CT on May 25, 2016. Only this official form will be accepted. We ask that you read the form carefully and either print or type your answers. The form clearly states that we make no corrections to spelling or punctuation. The information that the candidate provides is then put into a candidate booklet that will be mailed with the ballot. If more than one (1) member from the base submits a WTS, an election will be conducted. Ballots, including the candidate information booklet, will be mailed to the membership at that particular base, on June 14, 2016 and all votes must be cast by July 14, 2016 at 10:00am CT.
