KCM Information to be Updated
On Thursday, September 1, LUS crewmember information will be updated with Known Crewmember (KCM) to show American Airlines as your airline affiliation with your American Employee #. Beginning September 1, LUS Flight Attendants are asked to check their KCM profile by visiting https://mykcmsupport.com
Select the Verify Employment link, on the upper right side of the main page, under Manage Account. Your profile should show your airline as American Airlines and the employee ID as your American Employee #, which is displayed on the front of your crew ID. If the information reflects your AA information, no further action is required.
If your profile still shows US Airways and your US Airways Employee #, you must update the information to reflect your carrier as American Airlines and your enter your American Airlines Employee #. For all KCM transactions on or after September 1, you will identify yourself as an American Airlines crewmember and use your American employee number.
Should you experience any issues accessing KCM once the new system is in place after Thursday, please contact your PHX Flight Service Manager.
WBT Module Due Wednesday, August 31
The Payment Card Industry Standards (PCI) required Web-Based Training (WBT) module must be completed by August 31, 2016. The PCI lesson reviews ways to ensure customer data remains secure and provides “best practices” for Flight Attendants to use when handling credit cards onboard.
Flight Attendants will receive $25 training pay for the completion of the module.
To access the WBT module, Click Here or click on the Learning shortcut under ‘Find it Fast’ on Jetnet. From there, select Visit Learning Hub. This required training will be listed in your ‘To Do’ list. Click on the Register and then Start button to launch the lesson.

Same-Sex Domestic Partner Benefits to be Discontinued on January 1
The current policy at American Airlines of offering benefits coverage for same-sex domestic partners was put in place to provide fair coverage for those that could not legally marry. Since same-sex marriage is now legally-recognized in all states, the Company will be phasing out same-sex domestic partner medical, dental, vision, AD&D and life coverage. As a reminder, this coverage will be discontinued January 1, 2017. All domestic partners, regardless of gender, will still have travel privileges at the same level as a spouse, with proper documentation of the domestic partner relationship.

If you are unable to attend Wednesday’s blitz and would like to request the WINGS apron, please contact Sam Gooch at [email protected]
We would like to thank all PHX Flight Attendants who currently donate to the WINGS Foundation. Your donations make an incredible impact on the lives of Flight Attendants who have limited resources. On behalf of all the Flight Attendants who have benefited from your generosity, thank you for allowing these Flight Attendants to focus on getting well while alleviating some of their financial burden.
