APFA pays tribute this month to African Americans throughout history who have been trailblazers in the aviation industry.
This year, we are proud to recognize one of our very own historic champions of organized labor, Retired Flight Attendant Wesley Henderson. Wesley served APFA in many capacities throughout his career including LAX Chair, LAX Vice Chair, JFK Chair, and JFK Vice Chair. He was awarded APFA’s Distinguished Service Award in 1999, noting his courage to face and battle adversity in the workplace as well as his concern and compassion for his fellow Flight Attendants.
Thank you Wesley for your service to APFA!

Reporting Hotel and Transportation Issues – LAA/LUS
The Company announced yesterday a new centralized hotline (1-855-448-5778) for crew member hotel feedback. Although it is an additional resource for reporting, it is not a substitute for reporting issues via the APFA Hotel/Transportation Debrief Form. It is imperative that APFA receive all reports concerning hotels and transportation, so they can be addressed by the Hotel Committee per the provisions of our contract.
For layover information, please access the System Wide Hotel List with Amenities on the APFA website.
