IOD Process Centralized at AA HDQs in DFW – LUS
Effective immediately, the Injury on Duty (IOD) process for LUS Flight Attendants has been moved from PHX to DFW Headquarters.

How to contact Injury on Duty administrators:
- All calls will route through the Flight Attendant Service Center, please call (800) 327-0117 and select 2,5,4,3
- Fax medical documentation to (817) 963-1134
- The Injury on Duty center will be available Monday thru Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm CST
