It has been a rough summer operationally, and we hope that you have been able to survive thus far. Summer storms and staffing variables have affected many of you. Please read your Contract and know your contractual rights.

Important Reminders:

RED FLAG! If you get a trip that has been red flagged, you may trade it away and the red flag pay stays with the trip.

There are a lot of WBT in your training log, please do not procrastinate. They are all due prior to FOI.

To access DirectConnect for pay claims, go to Jetnet >Flight Service and click on DirectConnect on top of page and fill out your form. If you feel that your claim is valid and it has been denied, please call the Union office for assistance.

The proffer for the Purser program is now open!!!!

We are still awaiting information on the SK policy and possible changes, please look for future communications.

Please note, you may not report to work without having your passport, regardless if you are flying domestic or international segments.

Position assignments at FOI:

• 1 = A Lead Flight Attendant
• 2 = Rear Galley
• 3 = fc/yc Flex
• 4 = yc Aisle.
