8.30.18 – ROTA Error in LGA and MIA Bases
ROTA Error in LGA and MIA Bases
At 1623 CDT, the company has notified APFA that ROTA did not process open sequences for LGA and MIA, and only awarded and assigned Standby shifts and RAPs.
Since no sequences were awarded or assigned, we suggest that you place an aggressive bid in ROTD. In accordance with JCBA Section 12.K.2.b, ROTD awards aggressive bids first, within your RAP, in seniority order. If the sequence or standby reports within two RAPs, it will be awarded to the earliest RAP first.
If you do not place a bid in ROTD or are not awarded based on your aggressive bid, then remaining open sequences and standby will be assigned according to JCBA Section 12.K.2.c-j.
Crew Schedule will run the first ROTD at 2200 HBT to allow Flight Attendants time to submit a bid for all sequences in open time.
Any sequences awarded from aggressive bid will count towards RSVCOT (calling out of time).
