ORD is bracing for potentially record-breaking cold weather. Double-digit subzero temperatures are headed our way tonight into the early afternoon Thursday. Shockingly, as of this evening, there is no cancellation plan in place and AA intends on operating a full mainline and regional schedule.
Your safety and wellbeing is our top priority! Take necessary precautions and do not place yourself in harm’s way in this dangerous weather.
We will continue to work closely with our National President and Safety Department Chair to monitor the situation and will report any changes. Fly safe!
