7.21.19 – LHR Kensington Hotel
Sunday, July 21, 2019
Late last evening there was a fire scare at one of our layover hotels in Kensington, London, United Kingdom.
While there was NO actual fire in the hotel, based on reports from the fire department, the hotel did receive some water damage from fire suppression systems / sprinklers. The hotel was evacuated while the fire department responded.
All crew members that were laying over at this specific location have been accounted for and are all unharmed. There are some operational disruptions today, due to the incident. Check your HI3/CCI for specific details.
All arriving LHR crews will be accommodated, as usual. Verify hotel layover information via CCI or HIHTL.
