PHL December Allocations
For the month of December, the total headcount for PHL is 2,729. The available headcount is 2,483 with lineholders needed at 1,863 and reserves needed at 620. Our year-over-year total head count is 2,681 which is up by 48. Our available headcount was 2,415 while our lineholders are up 104 and our reserves are down by 36.
The company is planning to offer 20 VLOA’s for the month of December in PHL. December of 2018, the company offered 10 VLOA’s.

When bidding for December, please remember we have the following holidays, December 24, 25, and 31st.
As a reminder, the 787 is coming to PHL starting in January. The routes will be AMS, MAN and ZRH. If an insufficient number of ballots are received for training, they will be drafting (assigning) to fill the classes in reverse seniority order.
