New PBS Mis-Award Challenge Process
PBS awards are now viewable. Contractually, the Company must provide a process for Flight Attendants to challenge their bid awards. We are disappointed that the Company has decided to close the Flight Attendant Bidding Resource Center (FABRC), which was one of the best services offered to our members.
Beginning with the November bid month, there is a new process to have your bid awards reviewed and challenged. The Company will launch a new Support Tab in Crew Portal. You will be able to submit forms for the following systems and reasons:
PBS: Award challenges, dashboard information issues, system feedback
LRD: Reserve rotation questions, LH/RSV status questions
Vacation: All vacation inquiries
All other systems: for technical feedback issues.

We would like to thank all of the FABRC Flight Attendants who helped our Flight Attendants with bidding strategies and questions.
Professional Standards
APFA Professional Standards is a voluntary, confidential service offered to Flight Attendants. The goal of Professional Standards is to resolve conflicts and concerns with fellow employees without involving management and to prevent escalation to disciplinary action.
Your Professional Standards Representatives are fellow Flight Attendants trained to mediate and facilitate resolution at the lowest intervention level. The integrity of this program is reliant on confidentiality. We provide a collaborative approach to resolving issues in the workplace. We urge you to utilize the resources that we provide. No issue is too trivial.
One of the most recent issues in today’s environment is mask compliance. The Company’s mask mandate has been the subject of many calls. Along with the Allied Pilots Association (APA), we take this very seriously and will address each call with the utmost concern. As Union members, we want to protect all jobs. Professional Standards should be your first contact in conflict resolution.
PHL has a great team of experienced professionals dedicated to resolving conflicts or concerns without involving management.
