Known Crewmember and Customs Processing Updates
PHL Known Crewmember Relocation
The Company and APFA were just notified that effective tomorrow, March 25th, the Known Crewmember (KCM) checkpoint will relocate back to Terminal C. TSA stated that this will allow more room at the Terminal B checkpoint for peak summer travel.
Customs Processing Update
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) notified the Company that they are in the process of implementing a new CBP processing system. During this transition, the Automated Processing Kiosks (APC) will not be available. All arriving international passengers will be required to complete a CBP declaration form, so please make sure you have the forms before you depart, and encourage all customers to fill out the forms before arrival.
Please check your mobile CCI for more information.
