This is Leatha-Harding-Berry, Chairperson of the APFA National Ballot Committee, with a Special APFA Hotline Update for Wednesday, August 11, 2004.

The APFA National Ballot Committee in conjunction with Whitely Penn and Associates, has certified the results of the Proposed Constitutional Changes Referendum.

The referendum for the Constitutional Changes did not pass.

The results are as follows:

2,728 YES

5,032 NO
