On January 7, the National Balloting Committee tallied the votes of the Constitutional Referendum. Following are the reported results:

Item number one: 5,011 yes; 2,166 no
Item one was passed.

Item number two: 4,411 yes; 2,720 no
Item two was passed.

Item number three: 5,294 yes; 1,854 no
Item three was passed.

Item number four: 2,735 yes; 4,394 no
Item four was rejected.

Item number five: 3,991 yes; 3,156 no
Item five was passed.

Today, the APFA National Ballot Committee retrieved Willingness-to-Serve Notifications for the positions of Vice Chairperson at DCA and BOSI.

• Tim Weston has been duly elected Vice Chairperson at DCA.
• Michael Medeiros has been duly elected Vice Chairperson at BOSI.

Both will assume office immediately for the remainder of the two-year terms of service ending March 31, 2011.
