11.18.10 – (LAA) – 17th Anniversary of Strike Against AA

This is APFA National Communications Coordinator Jeff Pharr with a Special Hotline Update for Thursday, November 18, 2010.

Today marks the 17th anniversary of our strike against American Airlines. This day reminds us what we can do when we stand together. We are all frustrated with these current negotiations, but we must not let our frustration cloud the path to what we are due – a contract that recognizes the sacrifices we’ve made and continue to make.

APFA President Laura Glading and other National Officers recorded a video acknowledging this day and share their thoughts on negotiations and their gratitude for your continued support.
