In response to the ongoing situation in Japan, a joint Operational Response Team has been formed composed of Flight, Flight Service, APA, APFA, SOC and Safety, Security and Environmental, M&E, Airport Services and the TWU. This team will have access to the latest information regarding the situation in Japan and together formulate our response plans.

There is a lot of information being disseminated from various sources, some credible, some not. It is important that we work together to ensure we react only to credible information that ensures the highest levels of safety for crewmembers and passengers.
