OE Above Guarantee For Reserve FAs Begins December 2nd – 11.28.12 

We are pleased to inform you that the company has agreed to implement pay for “OE on top of Reserve Guarantee,” effective December 2, 2012.

This permanent Reserve enhancement will initially be processed manually until such time as it can be automated. There will be no change to how a Reserve will pick up an OR trip, however there may be a change as to how it is reflected on your HI1. As more information becomes available we will let you know in a future hotline.

The Negotiating Team would like to thank the APFA membership and APFA Leadership for their role in achieving this “win” for our Reserve FAs. The Company realized the importance of this issue to our Reserve Flight Attendants and responded constructively. This would not have happened without the membership’s involvement. Once again, we prove that Unity Does Pay.
