- Cabin Jump Seat
- Reduction in Personnel
- Sick

The JNC and the Company have moved many of the above Articles/Sections into a comprehensive proposal package. This type of negotiating allows both parties to address the few outstanding issues in each section in the hopes of reaching an Agreement in those specific sections.
The National Mediation Board (NMB), facilitator overseeing our negotiations process has added three additional face-to-face meetings beginning September 3rd, 2014. Including these added three days, we have 13 face-to-face negotiation meetings remaining with the Company.
The dates are as follows:
- September 3 – 5, 2014 (DFW)
- September 8 – 12, 2014 (DFW)
- September 15 – 19, 2014 (DFW)
Further information can be found at APFA.org/negotiations or afausairways.org. The 150 day expedited negotiations are governed according to the Negotiations Protocol Agreement(NPA).
As we enter into the last three weeks of negotiations, the JNC will announce via our JNC Hotline Updates and AFA E-Lines any Tentative Agreements (TAs) that have been reached.
