The APFA National Ballot Committee posted Willingness-To-Serves for local base representatives at all LAA and LUS bases on November 10, 2014. Please note that there was an error on the date for the LUS Interim Base Representative term. The updated form has been uploaded here and reflects the correct date of the term ending March 31, 2015.
