Enrollment in Voluntary Benefits Coverage for LAA Flight Attendants Extended

LAA Flight Attendants who were not able to speak with a Benefits Enrollment counselor before 11/14/14 still have an opportunity to learn about the new voluntary coverage options from Union Benefit Planners.

Enrollment in the following coverages is available to LAA members for an additional week. These options are guarantee-issue for APFA members during 2015 enrollment.

• Critical Illness Insurance – $30,000 guaranteed for members / $15,000 guaranteed for spouses during this open enrollment
• Accident Insurance – Guaranteed-issue during this open enrollment
• Whole Life Insurance – $60,000 guaranteed for members, $30,000 guaranteed for spouses
