On February 5th, APFA was notified that the Anthem Cyber Attack could potentially impact LUS employees. APFA has just been notified that the Anthem Cyber Attack could also impact current or former LAA members who, from 2004 to the present, have used their Blue Cross/Blue Shield cards in the following states:

California
Colorado
Connecticut
Georgia
Indiana
Kentucky
Maine
Missouri
Nevada
New Hampshire
New York
Ohio
Virginia
Wisconsin
