Secondary Vacation Bid and Assignment of Vacation Process – LUS

Due to an issue with the 2016/2017 secondary vacation bid award, the Company has temporarily suspended Electronic Trade Board (ETB) vacation trades until the issue is resolved. Results from the primary vacation bid are final and not affected.  

The secondary vacation bid and assignment process will be rerun. Flight Attendants will be notified via CatCrew message and the Crew Portal when ETB vacation trading re-opens. If you have already executed an ETB transaction or monthly rebid, additional information will be provided in a future communication.  

January VEX Days – LUS

A Flight Attendant who is scheduled for at least seven (7) consecutive vacation days in one bid month, may elect to place up to a total of four (4) days off BEFORE or AFTER, or SPLIT on either side of such vacation. The days off will act as a pre-planned absence and will carry NO pay or credit. Such days off will be counted toward the Reserve’s scheduled Golden Days. Such block of four (4) days, or portion thereof, may be extended into the next bid period.

Submit Vacation Extension (VEX) requests for January bid month from December 1 – 7.

Revised Start Time Tomorrow for PHL RAP “A” Reserves – LUS-PHL

Due to the extended run-time of the ROTA process and subsequent late posting of RAP assignments, all PHL-Based Reserve Flight Attendants with an 02:00 “A” RAP for tomorrow, December 2nd, will now have a start time of 04:00. There will not be a noticeable change in CATS. Midnight Scheduling has been apprised of the revised start time.
