February 2016 VLOA Awards – LUS

The February 2016 VLOA Award List is available on Wings.

Flight Attendants on a VLOA will continue to accrue seniority, passes, insurance, vacation, and sick time in accordance with Section 25 of the 2014 JCBA. Benefit premiums will continue at the active rate. Premiums for benefit coverage will be billed directly to you.

February 2016 LOD/O Awards – LUS

LOD/O Awards – Effective January 31, 2016

150% Pay from December 15 through December 31 – LUS

All trips originating between December 15 – December 31 will be paid at a rate of 150% (100% credit; 50% no credit). This includes all trips flown by Lineholders or Reserves during this time period. In addition, all On Premise Reserve (OPR) time from December 15 through December 31 will be paid at 150%.

This pay provision will be automated. Flight Attendants do not have to file a claim for any pairing that originates between December 15 and December 31 to receive the 150% credit.

Before 2016 begins, please review your benefits via my.aa.com to confirm your 2016 elections were captured correctly. Also, be sure to verify your beneficiaries for life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage are updated and correct.

Login by going to my.aa.com and click on Benefits Service Center under Quick Links. Then, click on Health & Insurance > Coverage Details > Future Coverage.
