Brussels Update
APFA is pleased to announce that our American Airlines Flight Attendants and Pilots have safely departed Brussels International Airport (BRU) on a ferry flight today, and will arrive in Philadelphia (PHL) this afternoon.
APFA PHL Representatives, the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT), and Flight Service will meet the flight upon arrival.
American Airlines crewmembers may access the Crew Security website for the European Security Update by the Joint Security Committee. The Crew Security website is for American Airlines crewmembers only and may be accessed via Jetnet –> Flight Service –> Safety and Security.
We would like to thank everyone who played a role in ensuring a safe departure from BRU for our Flight Attendants and Pilots.
Our deepest sympathy goes out to all those affected by the Brussels attacks, and the people of Belgium.
