On-Duty Contract Guide
LUS ODCG Pushed to FA Tablet & Available for Pick-up Tomorrow
APFA and American Airlines have worked together to create the First Edition of the On-Duty Contract Guide (ODCG) for LUS Flight Attendants. The ODCG helps Flight Attendants navigate through changes in work rules with one document that contains the most commonly referenced Contract language.
The LUS ODCG represents the current Contract language in place for LUS Flight Attendants as of April 2016, which includes portions still in effect from the 2013 Red Book Contract as well items implemented from the 2014 Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA). Meanwhile, LAA Flight Attendants have a separate ODCG to reference.
The JCBA Implementation Schedule will continue to be updated as more dates are determined for implementation. The JCBA Implementation Schedule Chart can be found on the APFA website at APFA.org under the Contract and JCBA links. It can also be found on the Flight Service website under Contract Items.
A hard copy of the LUS ODCG will be available for pick-up tomorrow in the Crew Service Centers at the LUS Bases, and is now available for viewing on the Flight Attendant tablet. You may also view the LUS ODCG by visiting our website at APFA.org.
Updated LAA ODCG Pushed to FA Tablet
The most recent edition of the LAA ODCG is now available for viewing on the Flight Attendant tablet. This latest edition includes the new Rates of Pay, now in effect, and the Interim Pay Protections for LAA Flight Attendants. You may also view the LAA ODCG by visiting our website at APFA.org.
