Hard 40 Agreement LAA/LUS

APFA is in on-going discussions with the Company to reach agreement on the elimination of the Hard 40 provision from the JCBA. Although a final agreement has not been reached, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee have made clear that any agreement will be presented to the membership for ratification.
