Live Chat to Begin Limited Testing This Week – LAA/LUS

As we continue preparations to roll out Live Chat as an after hours option for contacting the Contract/Scheduling Desk starting in July, we will be testing the platform by opening Live Chat during normal business hours (9am – 5pm CT) this week. Look for the Live Chat button on the APFA website as early as Wednesday. User volume will determine the amount of members we can process during the test so we ask for your patience. If time is of the essence or hold times under Live Chat become excessive, please consider calling the desk directly. We are excited about the opportunities presented by Live Chat moving forward and we invite you to give it a try during the limited testing phase this week.
