LTD Plan Administrator Changing from Prudential to Metlife – LUS
 
Effective January 1, 2017, MetLife will replace Prudential as the plan administrator and payee of Long-term Disability (LTD) benefits for LUS Flight Attendants.
 
This change affects 174 LUS Flight Attendants. If you are currently collecting LTD benefits, your next check will come from Metlife in January, 2017. 
 
Please note that this is a change of administrators only. There will be no changes to any provisions of the plan, payment amounts, or benefits billing.
