APFA needs to hear directly from our members in order to address issues with Crew Schedule/Crew Tracking, hot aircraft cabins, hotels, and transportation. Facebook is a great place to vent, but we need documentation. Please use the following reporting form links on the APFA website:

Please note: Submitting the form will not replace the need to contact the appropriate APFA Representative to pursue an individual resolution or file a Notice of Dispute (NOD). This information provides APFA with specific examples when approaching the Company.

Per the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act, APFA is required to submit annual financial statements (LM-2s) to the US Department of Labor. The LM-2 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017 has been posted on the APFA website.

APFA Supports TWU – LAA/LUS

APFA supports our union brothers and sisters at TWU Local 513, 567 and 591 as they picket the Company to protest their lack of an industry-leading contract. The event will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at DFW Airport, Terminal D. We encourage Flight Attendants who are able to attend to stand alongside our colleagues at TWU in a show of solidarity.

Uniform Reaction Report Update – LAA/LUS

As of today, there have been 3,684 Flight Attendants who have filed uniform reaction reports.

Please continue to utilize the Uniform Reaction Report Form on the APFA website if you experience a suspected reaction to your uniform.
