Hurricane Harvey Letter of Agreement – LAA/LUS

A Letter of Agreement (LOA) was reached with the Company that provides protection for Houston commuters who were affected by Hurricane Harvey. 

The provisions of the agreement include, but are not limited to:

• Compensation protection
• Attendance/dependability protection
• Consideration for those who incurred a severe hardship as a direct result of Hurricane Harvey

Commuters from other areas in the southeast Texas region, who had their sequence/pairing affected by Hurricane Harvey, will be handled on an individual basis by their applicable manager.
