Post Irma Operational Update 1 – LAA/LUS

MIAMI OPERATIONS:

Resume hub to hub operations Sept. 12
Limited international arrivals
73 turns to high yield markets – CUN, MEX, EWR, BOS, LAS, SEA, SFO, RDU
No unaccompanied minors (UMs) to or through MIA Sept. 12 and Sept. 13
Plans to operate a 50% schedule on Sept. 13
American Eagle operations to resume on Sept. 13
Tentative plans to operate a 100% schedule on Sept. 14

Here is the latest operational update for affected cities in the US:*

CHS – Flight Operations to resume on Sept. 12.

DAB – All flights are cancelled. Operations to resume Sept. 13 pending damage assessment.

EYW – All flights are cancelled. Operations on Sept. 13 pending damage assessment.

FLL – Resume operations on Sept. 12.

GNV – Resume CLT flights on Sept. 12. Resume MIA flights Sept. 15.

HHH – Resume operations Sept. 12 pending damage assessment

JAX – Resume Mainline operations only Sept. 12 with 1330 arrival. All American Eagle flights cancelled Sept. 12. Fuel is limited at the airport and is being tankered in.

MCO – Resume operations on Sept. 13 at 0430. Gates 36 and 55 are out of service.

MLB – All flights cancelled. Tentative plans to resume operations on Sept. 13 pending damage assessment.

PBI – All flights cancelled. Resume operations on Sept. 13.

PNS – Limited operations. Resume service to MIA on Sept. 13.

RSW – All flights cancelled. Tentative plans to resume operations on Sept. 13 pending damage assessment. As of Sept. 11 the airport was without power.

SAV – All flights cancelled. Resume operations on Sept. 13.

SRQ – All flights cancelled. Tentative plans to resume operations on Sept. 13 pending damage assessment.

TLH – Resume operations today to CLT. Resume full operations on Sept. 13.

TPA – All flights cancelled. Tentative plans to resume operations on Sept. 13 at 0900 pending damage assessment.

VPS – Resume operations to CLT today.
