11.08.17 – (LAA/LUS) – Delay in Processing AM/PM Reserve Requests for Tomorrow

The Company reported that due to an IT glitch earlier today, Crew Scheduling was temporarily unable to award AM/PM preferences to reserves for tomorrow.

After pushing for a manual work-around, the APFA Scheduling Department recently learned that Crew Scheduling was finally able to process the awards; however, they are still unable to guarantee that the glitch has been permanently fixed.

APFA will be following up to make sure that the Company has a back-up plan in place to get future AM/PM requests processed in a timely manner.
