Reminder for DCA LUS and LAA Flight Attendants:

Redbook PBS Seminar “Lessons Learned” will be held Friday March 23, 2018 from 1100 – 1500 in the “Hub Gathering Room”, Center Pier near Flight Service

APFA PBS Specialist Alana Porter and APFA Contract Chair Paul Hartshorn Jr. will be joining us for an informative afternoon.

Topics for discussion will include, but not be limited to:

• bidding strategy for all relative seniority
• reserve to line holder and line holder to reserve bidding
• understanding CN, PN and LN indicators
• bidding reserve – the do’s and dont’s
• current PBS award (April 2018)
• review December 2017 bid award/assignment
• FABRC availability and function
• standing bids
• researching and reviewing your award
• use of “must off” vs  “preferred off” days for reserve
• pre planned training
• waivers and legalities
