2.12.2019 – APFA Base Elections – Ballots

The National Ballot Committee (NBC) wishes to remind Flight Attendants based at CLT, DCA (combined), DFW, LAX, LGA, MIA, PHX, SFO and SLT that ballots were mailed on January 28, 2019 and are due by 10:00am CT, February 27, 2019 in the designated post office box.

Ballots were mailed to the most current address on file with APFA.

If you have not received your ballot, please contact the NBC at [email protected] or
817-540-0108 ext. 8311 to request a duplicate ballot. The last day for the NBC to send a duplicate ballot is 1PM CT, February 20, 2019.

When requesting a duplicate ballot, provide your name, employee number, base, phone number, former and current address.  If your ballot was mailed to an old address, we must verify that address first and then send a new ballot to your new address.

If you are missing your envelope(s), you may use your own envelope(s) to mail your ballot. Please remember that you must include your ballot and the detached stub in the envelopes when mailing your ballot. Also, if using your own envelope, you must pay for postage. You may place your ballot and the stub that is attached to the ballot in your own envelope(s) and mail to:

For your vote to count, you must be a member in good standing (no more than 60 days in dues arrears) by 5pm CT, February 22, 2019. The dues department can be contacted at 817-540-0108 ext. 8151 or [email protected].Ballots are due by 10:00am CT, February 27, 2019 in the designated mail box.  The ballot count will commence immediately following the retrieval of the ballots.

The Base President and Vice President election is being conducted under the supervision of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Labor-Management Standards (DOL).
