KCM Planned Maintenance: March 11th & 13th

Please be aware that American will be performing system maintenance at data centers on March 11^th and 13^Th from 2300 to 0500 Central Time.

As part of the IT maintenance, during the update window, employee badge photos may be inaccessible to  downline systems including KCM. Crewmembers using the KCM access portals may be temporarily denied access until the systems maintenance is complete.

Be prepared to allow ample time to clear through the TSA security screening checkpoints.
