4.24.19 – KCM Outage Tonight

American Airlines will be performing system maintenance on the databases that support badging and badge photos. This will impact KCM since it will not be able to access employee photos.

While maintenance in is progress the employee badge photos may be intermittently inaccessible to downline systems including KCM, therefore KCM access will be denied for crewmembers attempting to use the systems.

Crewmembers who need access to the sterile area of airports should be prepared to arrive at the departure airport with ample time to clear through the TSA Security Checkpoints.
