Off the Rack Reimbursement Program
There has recently been some misinformation circulating on Facebook and AA Flight Service Official Facebook page about Off the Rack Reimbursement no longer being available to Flight Attendants. The information provided by an administrator of this group is incorrect.
The program is intact and available to anyone, including NEW HIRE and PROBATIONARY FLIGHT ATTENDANTS, wanting to transition to Off the Rack uniform replacement. The incorrect information posted on the AA Flight Service Official page has been corrected, and Inflight Service leadership will be contacting Base Operation and Flight Service Managers to inform them that this program is indeed intact and to process your reimbursements.
When purchasing off the rack options, be sure to review the official Flight Attendant Uniform and Image Standards which can assist you when making purchases. Currently, the grey dress option is not available for reimbursement. Listed below is the link to the official Flight Attendant Uniform and Image Standards.

For more information about uniform reactions and other valuable uniform links, visit the Health Department page on APFA.org. Please take a moment to review the information and data collected so you can make an informed decision about your health and well-being. 5,017 of our fellow Flight Attendants have reported reactions, and they continue to suffer. If you are ready to transition to Off the Rack, here is the link to the Inflight Services Reimbursement form, including the number of items you can purchase and get reimbursed.
