Incorrect Hotel Information on Bidsheet

We have received numerous calls and emails regarding the incorrect hotel information and the absence of the transportation in the July bidsheet.

Article 10.C.3.m. requires the company to publish transportation and hotel information “on each sequence” in the monthly bid packets.

We are aware the company has published a large amount of incorrect information in the July bid packet. Ironically, this issue is scheduled for arbitration next Tuesday, June 18th, as several grievances were filed for the absence of this information.

The publishing of incorrect information is not a fix! After repeated attempts to correct this violation with the company, to no avail, we look forward to resolving this violation in arbitration.
