We have been informed that some of our members may have received email correspondence from Aflac’s service provider, Piedmont Pay Services that may be confusing. Aflac has been working on a solution that better fits our members’ needs, especially those who might be unable to participate in the payroll deduction program. That solution is forthcoming.
