9.19.19 – PBS Awards to be Re-Run

For the October bid month, an issue was found with PBS awards in conjunction with the calculation of vacation days. This is an automated process that failed this month and the company and union are investigating the failure. This issue impacted vacation low awards for lineholders and the proration of days off for lineholders and reserves which affected many Flight Attendants at all bases. PBS Awards will be re-run and there is a possibility of a change to your award.

The PBS Awards will be posted no later than the PBS Award Official Publication date, September 20^th at 1200 CST. Please ensure you review your awards after they are published.

Since this does affect the PBS mis-award window, the company has agreed to extend the deadline until September 26^th at 1200 CST.
