Hotel Relocations

The Hotel and Limo desk is working to relocate crews from downtown/long properties to hotels near the airport in certain cities. For now, these relocations are for 5/30 and 5/31, unless otherwise noted.

Effective immediately, the following cities will receive adjustments to layover properties:

• Atlanta, GA (ATL)
• Austin, TX (AUS)
• Chicago, IL (ORD)
• Cincinnati, OH (CVG)
• Columbus, OH (CMH)
• Denver, CO (DEN)
• Indianapolis, IN (IND)
• Los Angeles, CA (LAX)
• Louisville, KY (SDF)
• Minneapolis/ St. Paul, MN (MSP) *relocated until June 5; may be extended
• Oakland, CA (OAK)
• Philadelphia, PA (PHL)
• Portland, OR (PDX)
• Richmond, VA (RIC)
• San Jose, CA (SJC)
• San Francisco, CA (SFO)

Corporate security will continue to monitor all of our layover properties and cities, so please be sure to check your CCI messages for any updates or changes. The ‘Hotel/ Shuttle’ tab will also be updated on Crew Portal.

Please monitor your surroundings and try to check-in with other crewmembers if possible. If you encounter any hotel or transportation issues, please reach out to Daily Ops immediately for assistance.
