Paid Voluntary Leave of Absence (PVLOA) for August 2020

The Paid Voluntary Leave of Absence (PVLOA) ballot for the August bid month is now open. The PVLOA bidding window will close on Wednesday, July 24th, at Noon (CDT). The PVLOA offering is for a 1-month (August 1 – August 30) leave. You have the choice of a 19-hour paid leave, or an unpaid leave.

PVLOA extensions are not being offered at this time, but we will continue to push for extensions for those currently on a leave.

The Company has created an Employee Information Package to help Flight Attendants access information during a PVLOA.

In addition, a paid Voluntary Leave of Absence (VLOA) will be offered after the PVLOAs are awarded. Bidding for the paid VLOA for the August bid month will open on July 3rd, at Noon (CDT).
