CQ Training Qualifications Extension Past Grace Month

To prevent QI status, complete and send an updated Qualifications Form to Training Support Desk by the following dates corresponding to your original CQ Base/Grace Month: April/May – 5/31/2020; May/June – 6/30/2020; June/July – 7/31/2020; July/August – 8/31/2020; August or later – Within 2 months prior to attending class

It is important to complete CQ by the requested dates, respective to your base/grace month. If you have circumstances that prevent you from attending CQ for any reason, please contact your FSM. Deferrals will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

For Flight Attendants who have training base months of April through July, you may call or use the Comply365 app to notify the Training Support Desk to extend your qualifications past your originally scheduled grace month. If the Training Department is unable to accommodate, they can schedule you anytime within the sixty (60) day FAA extension to ensure your qualifications do not expire.

Beginning with the August CQ base month, a Flight Attendant must attend CQ in her/his original base month.
