September Pay Protections

Once again, APFA is pleased to announce that we were successful in securing additional pay protections above the current JCBA protections through a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with the Company for the September bid month. The pay protections for September will be the same as August, with your protected September guarantee based on your original PBS line value:

Please note: Your Pay Projection (PPROJ) will be raised to your guarantee after all trips flown are included in the PPROJ (similar to August). This includes ETB, TTS/UBL, PBS, carryover time, vacation time, paid sick time, etc. If your September PPROJ is higher than your September guarantee, no action will be needed. If your PPROJ is less than your September guarantee, add the value of lost time (scheduled vs. actual sequence value) due to cancelled flight(s) within a sequence and full sequence cancellation(s) in an amount up to, but not exceeding September guarantee.
